Studio In Essence will elevate your fitness level with Cirque-Fit! This class will give you a total body workout with trapeze and aerial hoops instead of all that boring equipment at the fitness centre. It focuses on increasing flexibility, strength and toning your muscles.
This is an all-inclusive, mixed class for both men and women, 15 years and older, at any skill or fitness level. No experience is required. Our coaches are highly trained and can provide the guidance and hands-on support required.
It's a great way to work out and stay young at heart!
