Enjoy hassle free living with great value! No moving of heavy furniture. Need to park your car, don’t worry about shoveling the driveway. Want to lay in the yard and enjoy the sun and breeze that comes from living close to the waterfront; I take care of the lawn/snow care.

Living Room: leather sectional, 40" HD flat screen TV, DVD player, computer tables

Washer & Dryer: free, not coin operated
On Site, Off Street Parking
On-Site Management: someone to keep the walks shoveled, the grass cut, and to keep an eye on the property when you're home for holidays.
Heat: controlled by base-board heating units – controlled by you and house heat. House heat is forced air gas – controlled (and paid for) by me. You pay your Rent/Hydro/Cable only!
Water: Paid for by me.

What I ask;
$1300 per month for the two bedrooms. Other apartments in Kingston cost more and they don’t have laundry facilities in the Apartment! Nor, are they in quiet residential areas.
