Ryley Trenchuk, Born and Raised in the Edmonton area has proven that he is an Entrepreneur at heart in regards to selling Real Estate here in Alberta. In his youth, Ryley started building residential homes inside and out immediately after graduating from high school. While in the beginning stages of carpentry, Ryley also took Business and Accounting in University. His experience in real estate has humble & hands-on beginnings as he has done the fine finishing in carpentry, framed many homes, poured thousands of metres of concrete and he has also built many high rise buildings gaining an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the physical product of real estate. One of the benefits when choosing Ryley as your personal real estate agent is his knowledge in structural and cosmetic design of the home, making him able to identify both what is structural damage (needs to be repaired), and what is cosmetic damage or poor craftsmanship. When asked, “Why would you venture into something completely different after you completed your Journeyman certificate in carpentry and have perfected many of the skills?” His answer comes quickly and clearly, “I began carpentry because I loved the hard work from sun up to sun down. Once I understood all aspects of building construction and design, I felt as if there was something that I was missing, something that I should be doing that I wasn’t. It was a simple step in logic that because I understood the inventory of real estate in such a full way, the marketing of real estate was the next step!
