Downstairs again, in the back of the house, the large second 'living room' is adjacent to the waterfront, it contains an impressive storage locker made of recycled wood, parquet flooring and a original vintage 60s kitchen. The broad hallway gives to the spacious bathroom on two floors and to the additional two bedrooms with rooflight. This bathroom with original 60s tiles contains a toilet, a shower and a large original school- sink. The top floor of the bathroom provides corner seating with a view on the hallway and a 2 persons bathtub sunken in the floor.
The whole house is well maintained. Outside the gutters were recently renewed and the woodwork is freshly painted.
