Good for couples, friends, and families (with kids) get away. There is a shared private sand beech for the house owner around Lake Chapleau with a play ground,picnic tables 3 house away. The road is very flat. 10 minute drive from Club De Golf Royal Papineau. Lake Chapleau does not allow motor boats, so the house is very quiet. Lake l'Argyle boat launch is less than 15 minutes away with good fishing. 1 bedroom inside the house, with a pull out couch in the living room and a futon in the sun room, Sun room has a separate access door from the house, with a total sleeping space for 7 people
rent fee:
1 night: $150.
2 nights : $250.
3 nights: $325.
4 nights: $400.
5 nights $450.
6 nights: $500.
7 nights $545
Two weeks $999.
Check in time will be After 3:00PM, Check out will be before 12:00PM. If there is no other guests renting before or after the dates you choosing, Check in Check out time will be more flexible.

Hot water, bath tub, shower, sheets, blankets, owels,hairdryer, gazebo, dishes.pots, washer and dryer ,BBQ,coffee maker, Microwave,heating, air condition,High chair, baby bath tub are providing.

I am asking a $99 deposit for keeping the date for you. A week before you check in I ask the full amount of renting minus $99 plus $300 security deposits. I will return back your security deposit the next day after you check out if there's no loss and no damage.
This can be done by e-transfer. If it will make you more comfortable, we can arrange a meeting to sign a contract and exchange id information.
